Leaving a Legacy
Leaving a Legacy
Steven Covey is famous for launching the “begin with the end in mind” movement in his best-seller, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
But sadly, most people still spend more time thinking about where they want to go for dinner or planning a vacation than they do designing their life. It’s a sad reality. But when we begin with the end in mind, it’s easier to design a life that truly matters.
A legacy is what you leave behind that lives on in others. So knowing your purpose, or your true north, will help you keep your priorities straight and focused on the things that matter most. We don’t live a great life by chance; we live it by choice. Lots of everyday, small choices add up over time to produce a life of regrets or rewards.
When you discover your Life Word – that one word that defines you and drives you to greatness and to make a difference in this world – you’ll live with more clarity and confidence than ever before. And as you trust God to do the impossible in your life, you’ll take powerful steps towards living your destiny and leaving a legacy that truly matters.
I don’t want to waste a single day. I want to wake up in the morning and live with a sense of passion as I pursue God’s biggest dreams for my life. I refuse to be derailed by doubt or frustrated by fear. And so should you!

Reach Your Potential
Reach Your Potential
We all want to close the gap between where we are today – and where we want to be.
But many times we get stuck where we’re at and have a hard time making real and lasting progress. And even though it sometimes seems impossible to get there, it may not be as hard as you think.
There’s a law of science that may just change the way you approach life change. At 211 degrees, water is hot; at 212 degrees, it boils. And when water boils it produces steam and steam can power a locomotive. You may be asking yourself, “Just 1 more degree is all it takes?” The answer is ‘yes.’ Breakthrough might be closer than you think. Getting that 1 extra degree that turns potential into power will transform your life so you can make a difference and leave a legacy.
High performance habits fast-track the closing of the gap between where you are and where you want to be. It’s usually a handful of little things that when applied right, turn into big transformation. I reveal the habits of the most successful people and help you apply them to your life. I know you want to pursue excellence in every area of your life and positively impact those you influence. It’s time to take extreme ownership and see what happens.
As I continue my own quest to maximize my potential and make a meaningful difference for others, I use real-world principles and practices that work. I take you through a proven process that empowers you with the clarity, simplicity, focus, and accountability to reach your goals and live your best life. I will help you discover that 1 extra degree that turns potential into power. Experience success and significance in every area of your life…as you take your life to the next level and make a positive difference for others.

The Power of Positive
The Power of Positive
In the absence of positivity, negativity fills the gap. That is true personally and organizationally. And nothing has the power to undermine teamwork, productivity, and mission than negativity.
Very few of us are naturally positive. In fact, science tells us that, on average, 80% of our thoughts every day are negative. But the good news is this – if we can learn to retrain our brains and “take control of our internal conversation”, we will be far more likely to fulfill our potential and accomplish our goals. Positivity is a choice. We can take control of our thoughts, words and attitudes and begin to fuel our lives with positive energy.
The benefits of positivity are irrefutable:
Positive People live longer and live better.
They exhibit healthier emotions and have closer relationships.
Positive marriages and families are more likely to stay together.
They have a greater sense of purpose and possibility along the way.
Positive Leaders are more likely to get buy-in and support from others and achieve better outcomes. They are more resilient when facing stressful situations. And they are able to see the big picture more clearly and find solutions to problems.
Positive Teams create healthy work cultures. They work together more effectively, stay more connected and committed through challenges, and report more job satisfaction. Under pressure, they come together instead of falling apart.
Positive Athletes perform better on the field. They are more likely to overcome obstacles and use adversity to their advantage. And, they make better decisions and perform better under pressure.
Bottom line is this, there is power in positivity. I have worked with thousands of people and hundreds of organizations to activate the power of positivity in their lives – both personally and professionally. And building off the platform of Jon Gordon’s best-selling books like The Energy Bus, The Positive Dog, The Power of Positive Leadership, and The Power of Positive Teams, I will help you fuel your life, work, and teams with positive energy. This is a gritty, practical, real-world approach to transforming your life and work.
